Seller won't post to this locatio

Good evening

I've got some items listed that a buyer has made an offer on. When he tries to complete the transaction he is getting a message to say we won't post to his location, even though I've sent this same guy things before. I couldn't see anything obvious on the listing but I am slightly baffled.

No idea why this sort of response is shown, but it could be to do with BRAND NEW items being sold by a private seller.

If I was buying this sort of thing I would expect to get a proper warranty, which you do not offer, leaving buyer with problems if item is faulty after a month or two.
