Seller won’t accept return

Purchased item photo been enhanced the toy figure looked completely different has wrong weapon and listed as new but wasn’t seller will not accept returns how do I get eBay to sort this £200 down at moment

You can start a return even if you bought from a private seller.

Open a return through Ebay and use the reason the item was not as described.

The seller will have to accept the return.

To return an item open a claim for item doesn't match description, seller should send a prepaid return label if not escalate your claim to ebay after 3 days.

No returns only applies to change of mind.

Why would ebay have a money back guarantee, if sellers could send out any old rubbish with no means of buyer returning at sellers expense for a full refund.
