EVRI USED OUTSIDE EBAY CONTROL

I USED EVRI BUT NOT THROUGH THE EBAY WEB SITE HOW DO I TELL THEM CONFIRMED DELIVERY?

The option to upload a different tracking number is no longer available so you cannot mark as delivered.   If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened.   Payment will be held for 14 days but you will get it.

How did you manage that?  We have been told it's not possible.
