Hi all - I used ebay messaging to contact the seller - to get a replacement under there 3 year guarantee because the battery will no longer hold a charge - they say is was a 2 year guarantee, in the message exchanges and refuse to help - as can be seen in a picture of my purchase that I took of my purchase history at the time I can attach it and it clearly shows 3 years guarantee. and I am still in guarantee till

Any warranty offered by any seller is only ever going to be as good as your ability to enforce it if required and, as you've discovered, you can't.
This would be between you and your seller, you may need to take legal advice. Is your seller a UK registered business seller?

Sorry, it's too late to do anything via ebay. They only allow 30 days for claims and don't get involved with warranties. Contact your payment provider and see if they can help with a refund or chargeback.

You have 120 days to issue a chargeback via Santander, it sounds to me like you may be past that now?
