I bought an item which was late being delivered. So much so that I received a full refund as part of my buyers guarantee, only for the item to eventually arrive.
The seller is now insisting that I send him the money or return the item, despite ebay clearly emailing me and telling me I can keep the item even if it arrived after my refund.
The seller has been rude and has now since sent a photo of my house, a clear threat to me. I am trying to call ebay now, but does anyone have any advice on what steps should now be taken.

Obviously any threats are wrong. Being a bit rude is something else. I imagine the photo of your house is the proof from the courier that the item was delivered but you can report messages via the three dots top right.
If it's a private seller using Simple Delivery the refund should have come from ebay not the seller. You could let them know that. They may be unaware.
However, if it's a business seller they would have paid the refund so you should return the item if they send you the cost of postage upfront. Or you can repay them via Paypal.

Of course the seller should not be rude or make threats.
However, whatever Ebay say, surely you can see that you should not feel entitled to keep the item and your refund?
If you no longer want the item, ask the seller to provide a label for return.
If you want to keep it, ask them how you can pay them.
That way, this will be settled fairly for both parties.
