Seller sent replacement after I had a refund

The seller insisted on replacement only for a damaged item. I got a refund via eBay but the seller has still sent me a replacement. Will I get charged for it ?

No, there is no mechanism on ebay to be charged outside of what you pay through checkout.

The seller may be in contact about the replacement but that's between you and them.
