Seller refusing to refund

Hi,

I bought a Liberator bracelet at Christmas that was unusable, glue everywhere and so ugly and the seller has been ignoring my request to return it for a refund. Now I can't get hold of Ebay as it's been dragging on so long. Can anyone please advise what to do next?

Many thanks,

Susan

Seller refusing to refund

It's too late to get any help from eBay, you have 30 days from delivery to raise any issues and return your item for a refund.

The alternatve is to claim with your payment provider but they usually have a 120 day limit or if a UK business seller try citizens advice

You do not TRY to claim, there is a set procedure, follow that within the time allowed and you are guaranteed to get a refund.

First of all use the 30 day money back guarantee, link on every listing on right hand side, DO NOT waste time trying to deal with seller, who can ignore you or make unenforceable promises.

i just hope you never get in this situation again, but using ebay correctly the buyer will always win.
