Seller postage refund for undelivered item

Sold an item on 20th December. Postage bought on Packlink via Ebay. Item was not delivered and returned back to me (claiming 'unable to access to property at 11.30a.m) despite it being delivered to a Sainsburys store. Having difficulty claiming my original postage costs back from Ebay. Any body provide any assistance? TIA
