Sold an item for £260 and buyer selected standard tracked delivery and I am worried if item is lost or damaged what protection I have. I have not posted item yet, can I upgrade postage ?

You are using Simple Delivery so you are covered for up to £750 (or the value of the item) if it is 'lost in the post' or damaged in transit.
