Seller now wants express delivery

Seller has requested express delivery, he clicked on the wrong postage option. 

The pre paid label is saying standard postage. 

how can I change this through eBay

You can't change the label now.   You'll have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist for the buyer to buy and pay again.
