Seller not responding

hey, I purchased a 2k drum filter two days ago but the seller is not responding to my messages.   I’m now unsure as to what to do. 
pls help.

Was this for collection?   And have you paid?   Sellers can no longer ask for cash on collection and ebay block messages containing contact details, so that's something to bear in mind, if it's relevant.

If you don't hear from them and you have paid allow them some more time.    If no joy select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
