Seller not responding to my request

The seller is now ghosting me and not responding to any of my messages. Where do I go from here the scooter is broken. I only got it in November and still I’ve had no response even though they said they would send out a return label

You are too late to do anything through Ebay or your funding source.

See if Citizens Advice can suggest a course of action.
