Seller misrepresentation

I was looking for  Macademia Healing Oil Spray. After clicking on the product I wanted I was redirected to one that was completely different. I pressed my back button got the original image and without thinking clicked on buy. I have requested a cancellation and have since discovered that it is a common practice. Not happy!

If your cancellation is not accepted, you will be able to return the item if it is a business seller.

However, it does show how very careful you have to be before you press that 'buy button'.

Re: Seller misrepresentation

It is dishonest and gives me every reason to shop elsewhere.

Re: Seller misrepresentation

Which part is dishonest?

You admit to making an error in pressing the wrong button,  which is easily done,  but nobody is being dishonest here.

Re: Seller misrepresentation

Misrepresentation? Advertising one product to lead a customer to sometrhing completely different. Yes I eas in a hurry. Yes I made a mistake. Yes I have requested that the order is cancelled. But will I use eBay again? I don't think so.
