Just noticed someone gave me negative feedback in January. How do I remove it? He won an item and didn't pay for it then left me negative feedback stating he didn't have the funds to pay? Thanks

Sorry, it's too late now to have it removed.
At least your reply makes it pretty obvious that it was unfair.
In future, to send buyers a feedback revision request see: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/leaving-feedback-buyers/disputing-feedback-received?id=4102#sectio...You have to send the request within 30 days of receiving the feedback, and the buyer will have 10 days to revise it.

You can try. I think ebay allow 90 days for them to remove negs. Scroll down to the very bottom to Request Feedback Removal on here:https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/feedback-policies/feedback-policy?id=4208
