Seller does not want repair

I bought a phone that broke down after 4 months, I have a year warranty, unfortunately the seller sends it back to me in the same condition as 'repaired'. What can I do? I lost money, I've been without a phone for half a year.

Ebay can't help with this, I suggest you ask Citizens Advice what your options are.
