Please help,
Seller first accepted return then claim the return address is outdated.
Seller then sent me a screenshot with different QR code then the one provided by eBay and ask me to use it to return item.
Neither the existing QR code in my return claim has changed and neither I received any emails from eBay.
What should I do? If I use new seller QR code provided with screenshot and tracking doesn't match eBay first QR code provided then I would lose the refund? What should I do?
Thank you for your help

To get a refund you must have proof of tracked delivery to address provided by ebay. Proof of attempted may be good enough.
It is up to sellers to keep their address up to date. It could be a genuine mistake by seller, but you have no protection if sending to wrong address.
It could also be that seller is trying to avoid refunding..

You must use the one you got via ebay. If necessary you will be able to escalate your case to ebay after 3 complete working days.
