Seller Refusing Return eBay Arranged

Bought a guitar that arrived damaged.  Seller shipped without insurance.  He offered 10p refund so I asked eBay to help and they ruled in my favour and sent me their return shipping label.

Courier attempted delivery twice.  Seller refusing delivery.

What happens now?  Im relying on the refund to replace the item.

Does tracking state that the seller is refusing delivery?

If so, contact eBay and let them know that the seller is refusing to accept the return delivery.

Re: Seller Refusing Return eBay Arranged

Here it what it says.

There hasn,t been another attempted delivery and it is in their collection
depot which would mean he is ignoring the cards as before ebay sent me a
message to have the dispute in my favour, he sent a message via ebay to say
hevis not going to accept it and he hss suddenly took down all his items
for sale off ebay.

Cheers

Who is saying that?

Does tracking state that the seller is refusing delivery when you check it?

Re: Seller Refusing Return eBay Arranged

The tracking on royal mail is basically saying they have tried twice and left a card for seller to arrange either a re-delivery or pick it up from their depot where it will be stored and thst was after the last attempted delivery on the 19th May.

As tracking shows attempted delivery, escalate case to ebay(ask ebay to step in).

They will sort refund.

Seller will lose item and money.
