i activated this Seller Hub somehow and its awful , i was better off and certainly easier to handle my ebay without it , listing via it is a pain , any idea how i can reverse it , cancel it etc

Another way is to go to 'My Ebay selling' while in seller hub.

Very near the top, over on the RH side, there is a link to opt out and go back to 'classic Ebay'.
