Seems EBay is accusing me of making sales outside of eBay.

I’ve received a message accusing me of selling outside of eBay which is not true. But there seems no where to argue my case to customer support. 
does anyone know what I can do?

eBay read all messages going through their system.

Did anyone by chance ask to see or test an item before buying?  It would depend how you responded to this.

Look through your messages you sent and received,  see if there is anything there that has led to this message being sent to you.
