 Think a spoof is on my account. cannot contact eBay ,,,,spent hour trying to find  any contact part from post. Found one £6 per call but I think that  is spoof. I am 70 and really need to  close all account  with no liability. I did sell  a Sunny boy  solar inverter some years ago.  I am being  bombarded with eBay offers  to buy the unit I have sold and even eBay threat to take money from me. All a  spoof???

Can you post a screenshot of the message you're seeing?

It doesn't sound like any kind of security issue, but if you do want to go ahead and close your account you can start the process here, there's a blue button at the bottom of the page to 'close account':

I am 70yr. Cannot find where screen shots go to on Mac…not on desktop. However….
Ebay”s last email was at 00.14 saying £95 has been refunded to buyer order 07-14335-89640 and case closed. 

Spoof / case number 5376 10 3105. Or case. 07-14335- 89640 case was 18-24 march.

Think I have also been charged £95 by eBay. This item was sold years ago. Why do eBay / spoof keep contacting me.

IF I have not been charged the simplistic way forwards seems to close account and then I can start again. Does that make sense?
