If you have bought from them, you can find the item in your purchase history and click on the item to get the details of your purchase.

They don't appear to have used eBay in over a year, you could try the contact member on their profile page but eBay may not even let messages be sent.

That does not sound promising. How do I access the member list to find the telephone number and talk to the seller?

You won't be able to do that.

There is not a member list with phone numbers.

I have found the original invoice as well as a bank statement identifying the purchase. I have also proved a proof of identity.

The official Apple repair shop can’t do anything as Apple still refuses to accep my information as proof of purchase.

By the way, how do I search Google?

You can put their username on the end of this https://feedback.ebay.co.uk/fdbk/feedback_profile/ then use the contact member on the right but as I said eBay may not allow a message to be sent ot they may no longer be using eBay, thet may not even still have the information you require, you wont be able to get any personal details such as address or phone number.

I did not formulate a problem - so it is understandable that I can't rate any of the answers as a solution. What I did formulate was a warning: be aware that when one buys Apple stuff on eBay, not all property rights transfer to you. Some are retained by Apple. There is no way to avoid this as all the respondents appeared to agree. I have had to buy another computer (although now a warned man!) and abandon the failed one. I can scavenge a number of the latter's parts.

I very much appreciated the efforts to respond.
