Scammed?

about two years ago I was looking for a Gaming PC to purchase, and I came across a pretty decent looking "company" with 100% feedback, I then got referred to there website instead of purchasing through ebay, and the PC is have constant issues over the years and I didnt have to time to contact them, So I dont know if ebay can cover me if it was a sale purchased on another site but funneled through ebay?

Sorry,  no they cannot for two reasons.

You are way out of time.   eBay have a 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy,  but importantly,  this was an ' off eBay sale'. 

The item was not bought from the eBay listing, eBay found the seller a buyer, but received no fees for doing so.  This can resut in bought the seller and yourself losing your eBay accounts.
