Saying i can only list as new and not used

Hi ive noticed there are other sellers listing 'used' perfume but its not allowing me to list as ' used why is that?

Items offered in those Categories must be NEW and sealed in Manufacturers Original Packaging.

why is that?

Other sellers may list as 'new/other' which, in that category Ebay describe as a completely unused item.

Then, in the description, you may see 'only sprayed a few times' or '80% left'.  Those are not 'new/other', are not allowed, are open to being reported and removed, and could be returned by any buyer who decided they didn't actually want to buy a partly used perfume.

Don't list used perfumes etc.  It is not worth it.
