Hello,
I'm having this issue that I posted an irrelevant parcel to a previous buyer of mine.
The wrongly sent parcel was posted one day after via the same barcode.
My questions are:
How could the barcode still be vaild the second time if it'd been used?
I have both two receipts to prove that this buyer received two parcels from me. Also, the tracking number shows two jounerys, which can be used a proof.
So how shall I do? I'm providing the free label for her to post back. But what can I do if she claims no such a thing? Both parcels were delivered days ago, and yet she doesn't have the decency to tell me, so I need to think of the worst case scenario.
Shall I just contact eBay's CS?
Thanks.

“Well. eBay told me if the buyer fails to response, they will definitely step in”
I doubt very much that ebay would get involved in what was your error. Ebay does not have the ability to force anything, I feel that you have been told what you wanted to hear.

There is nothing Ebay Customer services can do.
You will just have to wait, and hope the person you sent the wrong item to is honest and co-operative.
Generally, you would not expect a barcode to work twice but this was your error.
Keep communication with the person you sent the item to polite and friendly and don't bombard them with messages.

Well. eBay told me if the buyer fails to response, they will definitely step in.
I don't think this was all my fault. I believe it's because the staff of the shop took my phone to scan, I remembered he tried a few times and he was also scanning other parcels from me too.

You're right.
After seeing your reply, I contacted eBay again, and I was told that they can't do nothing about it!
I did, however, call the buyer, and she acknowleged there's a wrongly sent parcel and would return it. But I have this feeling that she just wanted to hang up asap.
