I am sending an item with barcode and I didn’t know how to do it and pressed save to phone and now I can’t post because it is saying it has been sent

Have you tried to use the barcode at the drop off point yet?

I think that it will say 'posted' as soon as you download the label or the code.

If the code is for the Post Office, take your wrapped parcel and code and see if it will work.

If not, come back for more advice.
