You are not alone in facing low sales, many are expressing the same, which is usual just after Christmas as peeps are probably still facing heavy bills to pay for the Christmas and New Year festivities.
You are also selling in a very overcrowded market for clothing and shoes. One thing I would recommend, don't sell those items in an auction format. I doubt many wish to wait for an auction to end for used shoes, as these items will have a ceiling level and if you look at eBay's suggestions at the bottom of your listing for similar items, they are all in a Buy it Now format. Buyers would wish to buy, pay and receive those items asap, not wait for an auction to end which they may even lose.
People will also also select the cheapest item if there is more than one to choose from. Seek out identical items being sold by other sellers, and list yours in a Buy it Now price even for 50p cheaper, to make it more attractive to buyers. This also, may help your sales.
