I’m listing but not getting views or not even getting sales …. Even tho I’m promoting items but still not effective

You need to register correctly,  then perhaps you will get some sales. 

A Private account the one you are using is for selling your used,  unwanted items,  say a garage,  attic,  wardrobe clear out.

You are selling all Brand new items and some in multiples,  these should be sold on a Business Account.

It's easy to change your current account so you are registered correctly.

1. Go to Account settings in My eBay.
2. Select Personal information. 
3. Select Edit next to Account type. You may be asked to sign in again.
4. Select Confirm to upgrade to a Business account.
5. Specify whether you operate your business as a legal entity or as a sole proprietor and select Continue.
6. On the following page, enter your business information such as name, contact information, and returns policy. Then select Save.

Probably best to use a PC / laptop for this,  and not the app or mobile browser.  Chrome seems to work best on eBay.

I agree with the comments in Post 2.

People want to buy brand new items, like the ones you are selling, from properly registered business sellers.

If they buy from you, they have to pay the Buyer Protection Fee and they don't have the right to return their purchases for any reason.

I would look at your items and then, seeing it was a private account with no returns, I would look elsewhere.
