Hi - I have an item listed for sale in UAE which someone wants to buy in UAE. 

However, eBay is showing the item as ineligible for sale in UAE.

WHY?

Perhaps it's a banned import?

It may be because you listing with UK delivery carriers, Parcelforce and yodel. 

I doubt they are available in UAE.
