Hi all.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to eliminate Royal Mail as a courier option when making purchases on eBay? I couldn’t find any articles on this topic but someone here must know how to do this - they’re an absolute joke and shouldn’t be in business. I can’t be the only person repeatedly suffering at the hands of their incompetence!
Thanks in advance 🙂

Nope, not possible as said, but only with Simple delivery, which is soon to become mandatory for all Private sellers, you'll be able to choose Evri and eliminate RM.
We are told other postal preferences are being looked at for SD, watch out for announcements.

No.
That is not possible.

If a seller is using Simple delivery then the option is there for you currently, to select Royal Mail or Evri.
Otherwise, you need to check out the seller's preferences in their postage options see if they have other postal services they use.
You could always before purchase, ask the seller if they would switch to **** , your preferences if you buy their item, most seller I'm sure for a sale, would oblige.

I am not sure that listings are that informative.
I only use RM and have deselected Evri.
My listing doesn't tell the buyer this though so they don't know (unless they ask) who the carrier is.
This is from my first SD sale:
