Royal Mail, collection and bring a printed label service

I used to use the Royal Mail collection and "bring my label" service, when I was sending items that I had sold on ebay. Is there a way I can still get Royal Mail to bring the postage label? How frustrating this new system is, why do eBay continually change things?

You can book home collections when generating prepaid labels.  You can also request they bring the label with them.      Select the item on your orders list, choose a date and book the collection.
