Reunded money back to the customer by cancelation from his bank acc

Hello buyer just bought turbo 25 days ago and after 2 weeks time just said that this is not his bank he is not replay on ebay hi didnt send me back old turbo hi is not aswearing the phone and ebay just refunded him money back and hi is useing my turbocharger is this fully legall that everyone can just but somethink and cancel from back say that this is not my transaction becouse I dont recognise and ebay just refund money back to the buyer? becouse if yes I will order somethink and do the same this is great idea to make money. is anybody can help me to sort this tricky deal.

If you have a tracking number showing delivery to the address on the order details you're protected against a claim of unauthorised use chargeback.

yes we have trucking number that this arrived and customer not replay any
messages on ebay we have delivered address from ebay and ebay goes with
buyer fawour and refund full payment to the buyer when we was not agree
with this decision and appeal 2 weeks agonow we wrecived final decision
thter proovind all trucking delivery invoices with addresses and signature
ebay was not with fai seller just with tricky buyer who not replay not
answeare his phone. Not Fair ebay. if customer didnt make this
transaction we will refund full payment just send me turbo back and we will
sell it again. but this is trick made by buyer 99%
