Hi everyone today I received a parcel they were eye shadow pallets  all four where damaged and all in the same parcel , I have done the damaged report  and return  for each one  can I post them all  back  in the same parcel or do I have to send 4  separate parcel ‘s   have never had to return anything before but they did come in one parcel   & post at post office next day delivery with signature

The return postage will be paid for by the seller.   Go by the labels you get via ebay, ie. if you receive 4 labels send back separately.   If you receive one label send back together.

However, if it's a private seller using Simple Delivery you won't have to return them if you used "Item damaged in delivery" as the reason.
