I need to change my "drop-off return" details to a “collect parcel method.”

The post office refused to accept the parcel, and I was informed it had to be collected by Parcelforce.

I have since cancelled the return, but cannot set up a new return option.

How can I please initiate a new return option for me? Thank you

You should not have cancelled the return, once cancelled another case cannot be opened with eBay.

You could contact eBay CS here https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275 and ask if on this occasion they would open a claim for you explaining the postage label was insufficient.
