Dishonest Buyer bought 2 sandals from me.  I did the stupid starting price of  that eBay have in their suggested set-up and the other was at a set more expensive price

She claimed the cheaper sandal sole was coming apart - I feel she deliberately damaged the shoe.

Worse still,  she's claiming a refund for the expensive shoe and not the cheaper shoe.

I have the email and photo she sent of the cheaper shoe damaged, but the refund request does NOT correspond to this.  She's claiming on the expensive shoe.

If a not as described case has been opened, then you need to provide a reply paid l@bel and on return refund in full.

THEN you can report buyer for abuse of the returns system, but do not hold out any hopes of getting anywhere.

For the future, set your own prices, NEVER take ebay’s suggestion of starting at 99p or to offer free postage.
