Returns and refunds

Can anyone tell me, when a seller sends totally the wrong item, why I have to sort out the return postage . Surely the seller should supply a return label and take responsibility for the return. Also trying to contact anyone from eBay about this is impossible. Based on this experience I would never buy from abroad again. Thanks

You don't have to sort out the return postage but it is significantly more difficult for the seller to provide a return label, and impossible to do so through the case you have presumably opened.

 

More information about what has happened so far would help.
