Returning item that hasnt had returns label contacted sller thesent but i never received it !!

They said to get ebay to step in but can't cancel returns process or they won't be able to do this .Can someone help

If you have opened a return case of some sort and seller has not responded, it is up to you to escalate the case to ebay.

NEVER close a case unless completely satisfied as once closed cannot be reopened. You only get one chance.
