Returned item - tracking issues

I’ve returned an item for a refund as it didn’t fit. All agreed with the seller before hand. The seller emailed a return postage which I used however the tracking system has not been updated by Royal Mail. The seller acknowledges this and is fine with refunding but the system won’t let them as it’s not showing as returned on the tracking. How can I obtain a refund. Seller has asked me to contact eBay which I’ve tried but eBay says they can’t call me (I’ve checked all my notifications for calls and they haven’t)

Our link for callbacks has been removed.    Go to the help link at the top of any page.  Select any topic then scroll down to Contact Us.   Get to automated assistant and put in the question box Can I speak to an agent?   Repeat until they pass you to a real person.   Do this tomorrow morning when it might be easier to get through to someone.

Thanks so much for your help. I persisted as you suggested and got the call back from eBay. Problem has been rectified. Thanks again
