I purchased 2 dresses and they both arrived in one package. I want to return them both so started a return procedure. Ebay refunded me for one dress but not the other dress. I have returned both dresses in the same package but now cannot get a refund for the 2nd dress. Any ideas how I can get a refund for the 2nd dress?

Was it the Seasalt dresses?

If you bought these as two separate transactions, you needed to open a case for each item and use a separate label for each item, otherwise you have no proof that both items were received.

If it was a business seller, they may have an address, phone number or email on their listings so contact them and ask for their help.

Ok. Both Seasalt dresses came in the same package. I have proof of return
for the package.

It doesn't matter that they were both sent together.

If you return them, you need a case and a scanned tracking number for each item to guarantee a refund for each one.
