Return under warranty?

Hi, I bought a MN82 RC car model in October, used it only a couple of times, it is draining the batteries to the point of them being unusable even when the car is switched off. I consider this to be an electrical fault on the car. I am well past the 30 return period for online purchases, however I believe this should fall under 1 year warranty? How can I return the car if the seller is not responding to my requests?

If this was a business seller there should be contact details on their current listings. 

If it was a private seller there is no warranty.

Did the seller offer a one year warranty?

These aren't usually transferable and any warranty offered by any seller anywhere is only ever going to be as good as your ability to enforce it when required.
