Return request form

I recently bought 2 items which were advertised using photos of the genuine item. What I received was fake Chinese item. I raised return with seller saying not as described. Seller accepted return but is sending me returns label via eBay messages and not return request form process. I have asked 3 times now for them to use official return process and now they are asking for my email to send me label that way.

How long before I can escalate with eBay that seller is not complying with process?

If the address they had on ebay was in the UK you should escalate your case as soon as you can, ie. 3 complete working days after you started it.

I assume eBay system will give me option, automatically, to escalate after the 3 days? As currently I don't see the option to do so. Sorry, if I'm being dumb...not had this problem before...the very few returns I've had have used proper process...
