I sent two albums off, but managed to muddle up the order with the wrong albums going to the wrong buyer. They both asked to return the items, which they did and I then forwarded on the correct albums to the right buyers this time. My problem is eBay are still insisting on me refunding the two buyers who are now happy and have the albums they wanted. How do I stop the refund requests?
