Return print label

Hi

I have bought an item but have an agreed return with the seller. The eBay email saying 'print postage label' for the return doesn't do anything. It just summarises the return without any address details or postage. What do I do please?

Go to your "Returns and cancelled orders" section, select "View return details" beside the item and you should see the option to "Print label".

Sorry but I view return details and there is no 'print label' just a summary of the return

If you haven't done so already the option to escalate your case to ebay will appear 3 working days after you started it.   Go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
