I bought a drive shaft for my car
according to the 2 vehicle checks on their advert ( the first at the top of ad where the buyer puts in car details and the 2nd in their compatibility list). Both of the checks stated that this drive shaft fits my car.
As I also had to buy other parts the work on my car was delayed. when I took the original drive shaft off my car and compared it to the new one, it was obvious that the new drive shaft would not fit.
After contacting them telling them the problem and sending photographs they said "it's my fault for ordering the wrong shaft as they always ask for the car registration", THEY DO NOT.
I contacted them and sent photographs showing their 2 checks and explained that the drive shaft they said would fit my car does not fit therefore it is 100% their fault and could I return the shaft for a refund.
They then accepted it was their fault and then stated that all refunds go through this site.
They know that I can't ask for a refund through this site now as it is now past the 60 day limit for refunds.
what should I do??
