Return money to buyer

I sold an oven to someone for £160 and the post was £14. Total buyer paid is £174. We have agreed to cancel the order the I need to pay him back the £174k yes my balance from his original purchase is now only £155 therefore I need to oat an additional £19 to give him his £174 back. Can anyone explain?

When there is not enough money in the available section of your eBay Balance to make a refund,  then the amount is taken from your secondary source you have registered for this purpose,  this is usually your bank account.
