Return label does not accepted

tried to return a faulty part ,ebay sent me a label that did not cover weight so royal mail would not post it ,impossible to contact ebay just keeps giving link to wrong label and no other way to report. I contacted seller but they ignored me now case is closed and no way to contact ebay.

If case is closed, nothing ebay will do.

Did seller refund you before return? 

If so label is unavailable. 

You need to sort with seller if they want the item back.
