Return help needed as seller

Hi we are a buisness seller on ebay for over 15 years selling used vehicle parts we have always acknowledged our return request and dealt with them swiftly even refunding when buyers have abused the return procedure but this is now getting out of controll we have buyers swapping out items,sending broken items back etc, aswell as being a buyer on ebay we have also needed to return items from time to time so we always select the correct return so the seller does not have to pay both ways postage for our mistake,now from what I've seen alot of these sellers can some how do not have their returns automatically approved they are also not paying for return postage cost so my question is how do I do this on my ebay I have been through it all with ebay who don't really want to share this information and act dumb almost as if they don't no what I'm talking about but some of these sellers have alot more controll over their returns then we do, could anybody shed some insight into this as its really damaging our buisness.

Return help needed as seller

Business sellers have to accept returns for any reason, so no approval needed.just within 30 days.

 

For not as described seller has to provide a return label, for any other return, buyer pays return postage.

How do they return if they are not paying return postage?  Take into account what I have said about who pays for returns, which must be done through a case.

By NOT AS DESCRIBED that covers damaged, bits missing, anything that basically is not in description and also late delivery.
