Hi, I requested to return an item, I got the request to return message, but very close after, I got a "return closed" message, but I never closed it. What do I do to resolve this?

What was the reason for the return? If it was for the reason does not fit / change of mind and the seller has a No Returns policy on their listing, then the return will close.
Or, you may have been too late to claim after 30 days the timeframe lapses and a case can be opened but you can't escalate and it will close.

Thanks for that, yes it was over 30 days as I work away and it was delivered while I was away. That will be the reason.

Was the reason for the return for a damaged item? Then, your payment provider may help with a refund.
