Return address

My printed label gives wrong address on the Return Address label. It gives the address as 23 Charles Street, I've not lived there for over 20 years, how come you are still using that address? I keep trying to change it to the current one but Charles Street always comes up. Please correct.

You will need to check and edit your addresses in your acccount using this link https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses there are 5 in total

I have checked and I see no sign of "23 Charles Street" listed but it still comes up on the printed label, an address I haven't lived at for over 20 years.

Have you checked the return address on the link given.

Even if the addresses look OK, try deleting them and re-entering them.  If you can wait a day in between that might help.
