If you've started a return request (which has to be done within 30 days of delivery) you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days and a return label will be issued. So when that time has passed go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
If you haven't started a return on ebay yet use link on here:

If the item is not as described for any reason use that as the reason for the return. Some of the other reasons are classed as "change of mind" which sellers can refuse.

Have you opened a return case? Why do you want to return? Depending on reason, determines who pays for postage, you or seller.
Unless you do that, nothing will happen.
