Return Label - wrong

I brought an amplifier with problems. I ask to return the equipment back to Japan (from lisbon). I received a return Label for the equipment to be collected in Japan?? I'm in Lisbon... the seller is in Japan. 

But the seller doesn't answer, and ebay doesn't have an help chanel for this situation.
